A rustic chopped vegetable salad that incorporates bread, tomatoes, cucumbers slaw, fresh mozzarella, herbs and red wine vinaigrette.

Third Course

Pittsburgh Style Delmonico Steak

Cooked at high temp chargrill until crispy on the outside but mid. rare inside. It seals the outside layer containing all the juices and flavor inside. Served with cheese, bacon nixtamal corn au gratin and garlic, broccoli spear.

Fourth Coarse

Whisky Brownie

Salted caramel ice cream, pecans.
