Cherry and balsamic reduction infused with Cherry Baby Bourbon, glazed over Saint Louis style ribs. Served over flash fried brussels sprouts (Grand Cask and Bourbon finished in Cherry Brandy cask)

Seafood Gumbo and Grits

A blend of seafood in a rich Cajun broth, served over smoked gouda grits with andouille sausage (Backspace Brown with Gumbo and Grits)

Black and Blu Beef Brochettes

Skewered beef tenderloin, char grilled with a garlic butter, sauteed onions, topped with a creamy bleu cheese sauce, served over new potatoes and fresh whole green beans (Barrel Aged Printer’s Ink)

Lemon Berry-Rhubarb Cream Cake

Layered lemon cream cake topped with a warm reduction of mixed berries and rhubarb, finished with a vanilla cream cheese whip (“Sippin Gin”)
