Second Course

Steak Panzanella Salad

A Panzanella Salad of onion, heirloom tomatoes, Mozzarella, Fresh Basil, Sourdough Croutons, and topped with D&M farm grilled flank steak.

Drizzled with a sweet printers ink reduction.

D&M Braised Spare Rib

Braised Rib served over horseradish mustard and smoked gouda grits, Topped with crispy fried pickled jalapeños and shaved onion. Drizzled with honey.
